We are in the midst of an experience revolution. It is fuelled by an elite group of brands that are resetting our expectations of the services we consume at home and at work. This is changing what we expect of the products, amenities and spaces
we use—including our workplaces.
This shift is placing an additional pressure on already hard to justify workplace improvement programmes. So, this study aims to examine why some of those workplace projects deliver benefits while others fall short, arming those responsible for future schemes with insights to spark deeper debate.
