I own 2 companies - Odyssey Group and Odyssey Invictus. Odyssey Group was founded in 2002 and provides fully bespoke leadership, talent and management development programmes. We have worked across 6 continents and 52 countries with companies ranging from global blue-chips to small owner managed businesses. We work across all sectors and all assignable copyrights are granted to our clients for the work we do for them.
Odyssey Invictus is a new company, founded in 2017, specialising in unique and incredibly powerful bespoke development programmes that integrate bespoke development with learning about managing wellbeing and conservation in Southern Africa. 20% of all profits support 2 causes: personal development programmes for disadvantaged young adults in the UK and Wild Tomorrow Fund, who undertake wildlife and wild habitat conservation in South Africa.
Through Invictus we provide 4 core development indabas:
The Ukukhula Indaba (gathering for growth) for bespoke corporate programmes
The Ubuholi Indaba (leadership gathering) a custom built programme for small business owners and entrepreneurs
The Iqembu Indaba (group gathering) a thematic networking and knowledge sharing programme for professional groups
The Invictus Indaba (unconquerable gathering) a personal development retreat for individuals
Our programmes are dynamic, flexible and high impact. With the richness of our content and experiential style of delivery, we bridge the gap between business schools and traditional training and development companies with the added benefit of delivering in an environment away from day-to-day distractions and work proximity issues: programmes that are good for people, good for business and good for our world.
