In 2019 I took the plunge into the world of freelancing. I've been partnering with a range of corporate and SME clients in business services, risk and assurance, automotive, pharma and online retail. I set up ConsultHer to use my broad experience, knowledge and connections to help organisations make sense of their people development challenges. I do this by using the intersection of Organisational Development and Design Thinking approaches, with a mix of marcomms and behavioural science. I establish what it really feels like to be a customer, an employee, a leader and a partner of an organisation. I help you identify your performance challenges and craft the strategy, ecosystem and solutions to solve them. Additionally, I lead and manage projects for my clients. Prior to a career in L&D, I have worked in senior positions in EdTech, FMCG, Media, Logistics, Not for Profit, and retail management. This helps me to always have a commercial lens when working with clients and stakeholders. My clients value my ability to both see the bigger picture, make connections and then drill down to detail and take action.
