Our Bitesize one or half day courses are available to address key elements of personal development at a time when finance and time is short. New offers include sessions on wellbeing, managing remote workers, preventing isolation and keeping remote teams motivated.

Summary:

In addition to outstanding Skills, Training & Development Experts, we fulfil a range of charitable programmes which are for the underserved and left behind, giving people of all ages the skills that they need to overcome the challenges they face.

Back in 2018 Instructus decided to harness our training and development skills to build a programme that would benefit local school students. Our Moulton Apprenticeship Ready (MARS) pilot is currently running with Mouton School & Science College.

We are working with Streetwise, a regional charity that works with vulnerable and disadvantaged young people from across the North-East, to run the Woman’s Development programme for a group of women aged 18-25.

Instructus have partnered with Karma Nirvana and trainer Vanessa Boon to run the Springboard Consultancy Women’s Development programme for women affected by honour-based abuse and forced marriage.

Our sister orgganisation Instructus have partnered with Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse and trainer Pat Miller to provide a Springboard Consultancy course to victims of domestic abuse in Oxfordshire. Further partnerships working with Aspire Oxford and A2Dominion Housing Group provided a venue and further referrals for the course. With government funding cuts for services there are no other resources available to fund this type of empowerment programme.
