I have been coaching, supervising and developing coaches for 15 + years.

I have been coach to over 600 people; trainer and mentor to over 200 coaches / individuals / teams / organisations wanting to adopt a coaching style in their workplace; and supervisor to 80+ experienced coaches working at all levels in all sectors.

Much of my work is through the world-class Henley Business School (University of Reading), where I am Executive Fellow and Visiting Faculty member in the School of Leadership, Organisation and Behaviour.

I have a private coaching, personal development and supervision practice, through which I work with charities, businesses and individuals.

For the last five years, I have hosted my Sea Change®getaways on the Suffolk Coast. These are coaching-based events for small groups of women who need some time out to take stock.

I have worked with clients on top-level leadership and professional qualification programmes, and with individuals from a range of professional and cultural backgrounds.

Some clients ask me to help them learn basic coaching skills that they can use themselves; at the more advanced level, I am part of the team of tutors on Henley’s Professional Certificate in Coaching - the UK’s only triple-accredited coach training programme, accredited by International Coach Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and Association for Coaching. I am also a tutor / supervisor on Henley’s Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision, and the MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change.

My approach to coaching, supervision and learning draws upon a range of disciplines, instruments and coaching models.I have a particular interest in neuroscience, neuropsychology and applied positive psychology in coaching and coaching supervision.

I am fully insured, in regular group and one-to-one coaching supervision, and a qualified Red Cross Workplace First Aider.
