What we do

Leadership Journeys - Our leadership and management development journeys are designed to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to lead themselves and others in today’s world of change and disruption. As well as bespoke journeys we build with you, our core leadership programmes include the following:

 

Lead First - designed for new, first line leaders, and those lookin to step up.

 

Leading Teachers - specifically tailored for education, this programme builds the leadrship and management capability of team leadersm faculty / department heads and senior leadership teams.

 

GRiT - Our sisgnature self-leadership programme designed to help build confidence, reilience and strength in an ever changing world.

 

Learning Journeys - We believe the answer rarely lies solely in a workshop. What comes before and after are critical parts of the learning journey. Our learning design rethinks the traditional 70/20/10 model, shifting the emphasis to where learning really takes place. We create tools and resources to support learners and facilitators through the complete learning cycle. By taking a human-centred approach, our support materials are practical, relevant, engaging and effective.

 

Facilitation Journeys - We strive to deliver inspiring and engaging events every day. With over 25 years of facilitation and speaking experience, spanning multiple continents, industries and cultures, our aim is to create a learning experience like no other. Engaging from the beginning, practical throughout, and always delivered with humility and humour. We also believe that the art of facilitation is a core leadership capability for the future. We share our experience through Train the Trainer and Facilitation Masterclasses. Our in-house facilitation programmes include practical resources, facilitation tools and techniques, all delivered in context with your organisation, and your specific challenge.

 

Customer Journeys - Journey-Smiths help your organisation create compelling and connected customer experiences, aligned to and consistent with your brand and strategy. We believe the level of service delivered externally will never exceed the level of service delivered internally, therefore our approach is to work on both – creating both ambassadors and advocates for the brand.

Jes is a passionate and engaging speaker and facilitator, and a highly experienced designer, coach and consultant. Jes has spent over 20 years in leadership, organisational development, and customer experience, working extensively with leaders and their teams in the performance space.
