Lentum is designed to dramatically increase the amount of learning transfer that takes place following any kind of learning intervention. It allows learners to select goals and targets that are agreed with by their line manager and aligned with strategic goals of the business. Motivating both the learners and their line managers is key & this can be done by raising a small donation for charity or building up points providing the goals are being achieved. The software also allows for the tracking and monitoring of CPD, compliance targets and continuous appraisals.
Allowing managers to have a clearer overview of each of their team member’s current learning, CPD, compliance and appraisal goals/targets increases the communication between the learner and line manager, a proven way to increase productivity and increase ROI from learning interventions.
The reporting functionality allows the HR/L&D teams to quickly analyse all the interactions and measure the amount of learning transfer that’s taking place, monitor the type and how much CPD individuals are completing, make sure compliance training is being met and measure appraisal targets. Feeding all this data into a continuous loop of analytics for future design and development for more targeted learning & development across the business, while allowing the line managers easy access to new information to allow them to better monitor performance.
